According to Rosen Properties, the house I intend on renting this august is in our grasp. And there was much rejoicing. I cant even exaggerate how awesome this will be. No more dorms for the rest of my life and I would be a happy young adult. In other news, my fellow adventurers and I have successfully slain the insidious spider in the depths of his sinister cave, thus acquiring the famed ruby apple! But seriously, the battle on Lufia 2 against the Tarantula boss took me hours. Time after time I was destroyed, until I realized that it made a difference where your party members stood. If they are in the back, they take and deal less physical damage. The opposite holds true for the front rank. Making a quick exchange, I swapped my plate mail-clad warrior and my cloth armored caster from front to back. This resulted in far, FAR less possibility of my caster dying, while my warrior did remarkably more damage. I am not embarrassed to say that I did a victory dance at around 130 in the morning consisting of punching and kicking imaginary objects and jumping up and down; all the while squealing in a giddy, high-pitched voice of victory. Pictured that yet? Good.
Apart from the successes in squiring housing and defeating malevolent arachnids, I also have decided to pursue a new project for myself: a CRT aquarium. The plan is to get a CRT monitor and empty it of all its essential components, and, using some glass and waterproof caulking, transforming it into an operational aquarium. I have decided this is the only way I would own fish, as I find fish inherently boring. The monitor aquarium intrigues me so much that it appeals to me.
Thats all for today, auf wiedersehen
